At The Bedding Barn we have made a commitment to only sell "branded" goods where we can be assured not only of the manufacturing processes but also of the quality of end product. 

Shavings are no different from feeds. You wouldn't choose to feed your horse a bag of feed which you do not know the contents of so please don't do it with your horse's bed. 

It is important to know the source of the timber which the shavings are made from as it is not unknown for some unbranded product to contain recycled pallets, hardboard, plasterboard and even MDF. 

By choosing a brand you are paying for "piece of mind" that the shavings you are using are dust extracted to aid your horse's breathing, heat treated to ensure a nice dry bed and also, and very importantly, sourced from sustainable timber.

That's why ALL our shavings are branded, made from only the best natural products and are amongst the best on the market

You may obviously mix and match any types and brands of bedding, feeds and accessories as you wish on the same order as we appreciate that different horses have different needs.
